Are you tired of learning a "bit of this and a bit of that"?

We build Athletes.

It doesn't matter your age.

It doesn't matter where you start from.

No matter your Sports background or even if you've got none!

What matters is that you start NOW.

We are here to bridge the gap between Science, Art and Pole dance.

Let us be your guide. Here are 5 reasons you should join us (but there are many more!!)

  1. Module Style Learning

Artemis follows a structured syllabus across levels, the same way an academic course progresses by modules.

Each month we focus on a few tricks and we explore several entries and exits.

Students know where they are starting, what skills are targeted, and the milestones they are working toward.

  2. The ARTemis Method

The program isn’t just built on personal experience.

It draws on a 1st Class Honours Degree in Sports & Dance Therapy, a dissertation on pole biomechanics (specifically the invert), multiple certifications, and continuous research.

Every class, drill, and conditioning method is designed to align with Pole biomechanics & Sports science.

  3. Skill Progression + Conditioning

We don't believe in "try it and hope" approach.

We teach to be patient and to see purpose behind conditioning drills instead.

Each class incorporates conditioning, mobility, and technique so students not only achieve a skill but also build the foundations for harder movements ahead.

  4. Adaptability + Individuality

ARTemis method recognises that no two bodies are the same: biomechanics, intrinsic/extrinsic factors, and technique can vary widely.

The teaching method provides multiple progressions and regressions, ensuring every student finds a safe and effective path forward.

Our mission is to educate students.

    More education = Better Results

  5. Long-term Growth vs. Quick Tricks

Instead of rushing students through difficult skills, Artemis method develops strong movers, not just trick performers.

This prepares students not only to learn the move but to keep it, refine it, and safely transition to more advanced training.
