NEW TO POLE?

Book your Class Taster offer at £15

If you are new to ARTemis Pole studio, and you would like to embark on the pole dance Journey in the right way, then you are on the right page!

What will you learn in our Beginner?

In each class you will learn progressive fundamentals techniques and then you will be able to link the movements in a few combos.

What you will learn: Proper shoulders and legs engagement, upper limb levers, basic spins, assisted pole pull ups, climbs, basic knee hooks and sits.

We offer 5 beginner classes per week:

Tuesday 8.30pm STATIC

Wednesday 6.20pm STATIC + SPINNING, 7.30pm FLOW

Thursday 7.30pm SPINNING

Saturday 10.15am  SPINNING

We recommend to do at least 8 sessions before levelling up to Improvers.

Ideally 8 weeks or 8 sessions spread out in less weeks if you commit to come more than one time per week.

Please be aware you might need more time than 8 weeks before stepping to the next level, depending on many intrinsic and extrinsic factors.

If you believe you are ready to step up to the Improver level, please ask Sam and her team.

Sam and her team will let you know when you can step up to the level when you are ready to do so.

Pole has a huge syllabus, and it is very common to skip basics and go straight to "impressive" tricks.

At ARTemis, we believe that pole fundamentals have no exception, and if you gain a proper posture alignment, as well as an overall body stability, proprioception and strength, you will benefit in longer term. You will soon be able to achieve ANYTHING in Pole dance, just be patient, listen to your instructor, focus on yourself, discover your weaknesses and turn them into strengths!

Classes are led by:

Sam, the studio owner as well as POSA Art Judge, Biomechanics Lecturer in Sports & Dance Therapy and Science, Ballet technique teacher, and Competition & Flexibility coach.

Vale, our resident Instructor coached by Sam, who specialises in Beginner level teaching at any age!
