After completing the first 8 weeks of this course, you will be ready to step up to beginner or improver drop-in classes through different ARTemis memberships.
Pole has a huge syllabus, and it is very common to skip basics and go straight to "impressive" tricks.

At ARTemis, we believe that pole fundamentals have no exception, and if you gain a proper posture alignment, as well as an overall body stability, proprioception and strength, you will benefit in longer term. You will soon be able to achieve ANYTHING in Pole dance, just be patient, listen to your instructor, focus on yourself, discover your weaknesses and turn them into strengths!
